Nestled along Cumberland Road in historic Romney, Hanging Rocks Ice Cream was born from a simple belief: that the best ice cream comes from patience, quality ingredients, and a deep respect for the craft.

Every batch is mixed, churned, and finished by hand in our kitchen. We source local dairy when available, partner with regional farms for our fruits and mix-ins, and never cut corners on the ingredients that make each flavor unforgettable.
